Join one of the trendiest AI & Robotics companies in Europe. They are growing their team in Germany and are seeking driven sales professionals to help drive growth and bring innovative solutions to their clients.

Role Overview: The Sales Manager will spearhead business expansion, driving market entry strategies and overseeing the entire customer lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams such as Solutions Design and Operations to deliver tailored solutions while playing a critical role in shaping the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new market segments and business opportunities (e.g., Fashion, General Merchandise, e-grocery, 3PL).
  • Create and execute innovative market entry strategies in close partnership with management.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful implementation.
  • Build and lead a sales team, fostering growth and establishing efficient processes.
  • Optimize existing workflows and develop new scalable structures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Solutions Design and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Conduct regular on-site customer visits (approx. 50%) to nurture relationships.

Your Profile:

You are an entrepreneurial go-getter with a strong ability to build customer relationships and explore new markets with enthusiasm. Ideally, you possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong network and experience in the logistics or industrial sectors.
  • Proven success in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in developing market entry strategies.
  • Technical understanding or engineering background preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proven experience in building teams, creating processes, and establishing efficient workflows.
  • Open to frequent travel (50%).
