Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Implement and verify DFT Logic in RTL and gate-level — DFT engineers work on integrating specific test structures and logic directly into the chip's architecture, involving scan chain, BIST module, and other test access mechanisms.
2. Collaborate with Design Teams — DFT engineers work closely with design, verification, and manufacturing teams to ensure testability features are seamlessly integrated without compromising performance or functionality.
3. Debug and Troubleshoot — In case of test failures or during manufacturing, DFT engineers troubleshoot problems, analyze test results, and identify root causes.
4. Work with DFT methodology experts — Drive continuous improvement in DFT processes.

Your Profile

As an Engineer in Design-for-Test, you understand how innovation contributes to the company's success and promote continuous quality. You are capable of establishing successful cooperation quickly.

You are best equipped if you have:

• A University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
• 1-2 years of experience in DFT and familiarity with specific flows and tools
• Basic experience with Scan implementation and ATPG
• Basic experience with DFT RTL insertion, including BIST, Compression, and Custom DFT IP
• Ability to run simple simulations and debug
• Proficiency in scripting languages, e.g., Python is a plus
• Familiarity with automation flows is a plus
• Fluency in English
