Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps vacation rental owners manage their properties more efficiently and list them on various channels. You will be part of our Bodensee team working in our beautiful office in Friedrichshafen with a lake view. In this position, you can also work remotely from anywhere within the Bodensee region. In this case, we would expect you to come to our office 1-2 times a week. Your team leader is Max, who has extensive experience in sales as well as in the online and tourism industry. Your future colleagues enjoy having lunch together and challenge each other in cooking for the team with burger, bowl, cake, or stew challenges. Your role in this journey

• Be the point of contact for our hosts in the Bodensee region.
• Help them list their vacation rentals on our platform and advise them on using our product.
• Review and publish new listings in close collaboration with our Sales Managers.
• Continuously improve the performance of your hosts by analyzing existing data and developing a solution-oriented strategy.
• Assist hosts with any questions regarding listing optimizations to generate many bookings and high revenue.
• Work with our product and content team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Collaborate internally with other DACH Account Managers and international Holidu Account Managers to ensure knowledge transfer within the Holidu Account Manager Community.
• Build strong relationships with our key accounts and contribute to revenue growth.
• Independently conduct email campaigns.
• Organize host events to build a host network.

Your backpack is filled with

• Preferably, but not necessarily: professional experience in customer service or other customer-oriented roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain friendly and calm in all situations.
• A customer-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and the travel industry.
• Near-native German language skills and fluent English.
