We have a number of Commissioning opportunities across Europe - Belgium, Germany, Italy

We are offering a 5 days / 2 days off or 10 days / 4 days off rota

We’re looking for HV Commissioning Managers to lead the safe, efficient, and compliant commissioning of electrical infrastructure on some of the most exciting projects in the region.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take the lead on all things commissioning—from early planning through to final handover. Your work will ensure electrical systems (especially HV / LV) perform exactly as intended and meet the highest industry standards.

Design Phase

• Help shape the project from day one by developing and reviewing key commissioning documents
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and build collaboration with project stakeholders

Construction Phase

• Oversee commissioning workshops (Levels 2–4) and witness testing
• Ensure safety, spec compliance, and accurate project records
• Keep everyone informed and issues resolved

Acceptance & Handover

• Lead final commissioning activities (Level 4 & 5), including test script development and issue resolution
• Oversee client training, documentation, and facilitate "lessons learned" sessions
• Drive integrated systems testing (IST) to ensure a smooth operational transition

What You’ll Bring

• Electrical trade apprenticeship or equivalent background
• HNC (or higher) in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• ECS / CSCS / SSSTS / SMSTS certified
• Bonus : BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering
• Strong working knowledge of HV electrical distribution systems
• Experience with critical environments (data centres, infrastructure, commercial builds)
