What you will do:

• Provide hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for customer video infrastructure.
• Serve as an escalation point for Client/Level 2 engineers.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance with third-party vendors like Poly, Cisco, and Yealink.
• Support hardware, software, and configuration of Video Endpoints/Servers.
• Manage Video Endpoints and Servers, handling Microsoft Teams, Cisco infrastructure, and related equipment.

What we are looking for:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the domain.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Active Directory, Microsoft Applications (Intune, Azure, O365, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of Poly and Cisco video infrastructure and endpoints.
• Understanding of SIP and H.323 signaling protocols.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Experience supporting multi-geo Video Conferencing environments.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with customers and presenting to CIO and CXO levels.
• Leadership and presentation skills.
• Flexibility in operational support, remote installation, and troubleshooting.
• CCNA-Video certification is preferred.
• Ability to conduct technical training for team members.
