Testing Technology Expert Global (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Testing Technology Expert Global (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the coordination and execution of complex planning and project tasks throughout the product development process — with a strong focus on electronics, software, control systems, and testing technologies.

Your impact

• Design and implement standardized testing concepts aligned with our product maturity model
• Coordinate between R&D (Software and Electronics) and global production sites
• Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing and testing concepts in line with technical and economic targets
• Define and align customer-specific requirements for software and electronics development
• Monitor cost-efficiency, risk, and resource usage across projects, initiating countermeasures where needed
• Plan and manage investment projects, focusing on testing technologies
• Standardize and continuously improve processes and working methods across our EMEA HVAC production sites

Who you are

You are a strong communicator and able to build networks across locations. You have a strong analytical, structured, and methodical work approach. You also bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering; a master's degree is an asset
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and across global interfaces
• Basic project management skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally
