  6. Provide feedback and recommendations on our corporate relations strategy, to be developed in Q2 2025.
  7. Participate in two group sessions with industry partners to gather insights and identify opportunities for prospective Kiron programs, scheduled for summer and autumn to support fundraising efforts for 2026.
  8. Attend a monthly 60-minute virtual consultation to support the Programs and Network Engagement Teams in fundraising and program delivery planning.

Your Profile

  1. Researcher with strong knowledge of the labor market in the DACH region.
  2. Experience researching labor market integration, especially analyzing barriers and success factors for migrant populations' workforce integration, with a focus on women.
  3. Good understanding of skills frameworks and competency mapping, preferably in tech education or HR contexts.
  4. Experience with recruitment practices and employer candidate assessment processes.
  5. Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
