Development Engineer Chemical Industry (f / m / d)

Job Responsibilities

• Main focus on the development and optimization of chemical processes and products
• Technical consulting and problem solving for international customers with a focus on chemical development
• Working with the development department to identify and implement innovative solutions
• Actively participate in the formulation and execution of development strategies
• Advise and support internal teams from a chemical engineering perspective
• Liaison function between research, development, and sales

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of chemical engineering or equivalent specialist training
• Specialist knowledge of common lubricant technology processes
• Strong affinity for technical challenges and innovations
• Strong sales-oriented mindset, future-oriented, and diligent working style
• Excellent language skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally (30-50% of working time)
