Experience:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales within the SaaS/e-commerce industry
  • Experience in B2B sales with knowledge of sales techniques and benefit-driven communication
  • Experience presenting SaaS products and explaining technical concepts simply
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
  • Strong relationship-building skills and openness
  • Creativity and independence
  • Willingness to develop and learn new solutions
  • Native or fluent in German
  • Very good English skills (minimum B2)

Tasks:

  • Managing client relationships during trial periods to ensure subscription renewal
  • Acquiring new long-term clients
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients
  • Educating users about our product capabilities
  • Reporting and analyzing progress
  • Optimizing and improving customer success processes
  • Conducting market analysis on trends, competition, and consumer needs
  • Managing sales through CRM systems
