(Senior) Account Executive (f/m/d) Consumer Products Large Enterprise

Join us as a (Senior) Account Executive (f/m/d) Consumer Products Large Enterprise at SAP. This role involves managing customer relationships, driving demand, and leading sales initiatives within the consumer products industry, which is a strategic and rapidly evolving sector for SAP.

Our team is based across various locations in Germany, including Walldorf, Hamburg, Berlin, and others. We focus on expanding SAP's market share by leveraging cloud and digitalization solutions, supporting clients in their digital transformation with offerings like RISE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage customer teams, respond to client needs, act as a trusted advisor, and manage sales of licenses and subscriptions.
2. Demand Generation and Opportunity Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, utilize internal resources, and deploy SAP solutions effectively.
3. Sales Excellence: Identify upsell opportunities, coordinate sales teams, and stay informed about competitors.
4. Leading Account Teams: Lead and coordinate remote and cross-functional teams to meet customer strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in selling complex business software or IT solutions.
• Proven success in cloud and business application sales, with leadership in team-selling environments.
• Strong negotiation skills, experience with large transactions, and managing long sales cycles.
• Knowledge of consumer products or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle critical situations with sovereignty.
