Our mission at Qwello is to revolutionise the charging industry, committed to transitioning the world from combustion to electric. We design, build, and operate charging infrastructure for public spaces, emphasizing simplicity, user focus, and engineering excellence. We value diversity of thought, background, and approaches, fostering a culture of belonging. We believe that the best products are built by excellent teams, not individual superstars. Join us in shaping the future of E-mobility!

As Qwello's installed base and international footprint grow, we are expanding our Finance Team with an experienced Controller to enhance our reporting, budgeting, and controlling capabilities, enabling further profitable growth.

Let's power the future together!

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and expand controlling (revenue and margin, personnel costs and operating expenses, infrastructure CapEx, project controlling) and KPI analysis & reporting to provide timely insights into our performance to the Qwello team and its investors.
  2. Perform and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the holding company, individual subsidiaries, and the consolidated group (plus occasional ad hoc reports).
  3. Support our budgeting process, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
  4. Develop, implement, and follow-up systems and policies to support our growth.
  5. Take responsibility for insurance policies, license management, subsidies, and other requests for the holding.

Your Profile

  1. Successfully completed studies/training in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  2. Solid understanding of German GAAP (HGB); IFRS knowledge is a plus.
  3. Advanced Excel skills and understanding of ERP systems.
  4. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  5. Proactive builder mentality: initiative, entrepreneurial attitude, and a desire to develop tools, processes, and systems to support growth.
  6. Strong communication skills in English and German.
  7. Friendly, customer-oriented team player with a positive disposition.
  8. Enjoy challenges and seek personal growth.

Your Benefits

  • Flat hierarchies with efficient decision-making processes and minimal red tape.
  • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the mobility revolution.
  • Be part of an international, dynamic team representing over 30 nationalities.
  • Remote-friendly environment with flexible options—work entirely from home, in our offices, or a mix that suits you. Possibility of workation within the EU, plus 30 vacation days.
  • Regular team events such as hikes, mountain e-bike tours, offsites, and more to foster team bonding.
  • Personal and professional development through lunch & learn sessions, discussions, and external training opportunities.
  • Discounted access to Wellpass for wellbeing support—fitness, wellness, and mindfulness options to keep you balanced and energized.

We are committed to eliminating discrimination, removing barriers, and ensuring equal opportunity through a transparent recruitment process. We foster an inclusive, respectful work environment where everyone can succeed. At Qwello, everyone is welcomed regardless of cultural background, creed, race, sexual orientation, color, or gender expression.
