Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Facility Manager - Stores (all genders) to support our facility management team across Germany. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing maintenance and technical operations for our retail stores.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing facility measures for stores (maintenance, renovation, technical optimization, remodeling).
2. Plan, perform, and manage inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building technology systems.
3. Monitor and maintain utilities (electricity, water, compressed air, wastewater) and related equipment.
4. Perform minor mechanical repairs and maintenance of building installations and furnishings.
5. Support in selecting and coordinating external contractors, including overseeing their work and accepting services.
6. Assist with relocation activities, including furniture assembly and disassembly.
7. Act as a point of contact for external service providers.

Qualifications

1. Completed commercial or technical training (building or operational technology or similar).
2. High willingness to travel and work on-site (approx. 85%).
3. Independent, responsible work ethic with manual skills.
4. Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious.
5. Good communication skills across departments and strong organizational abilities.
6. Valid driver's license (Class B or 3; C1 preferred).
7. Forklift license (Class L) is a plus.
8. Proficiency in German and English.
