Job Description:

Our User Insights & Compliance team provides the foundations for New-Work's data-driven products. We serve as the link between business and technology departments, collaborating with teams such as Product, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, and Legal. Our goal is to build and operate in-house services that optimize products while ensuring data compliance.

We are seeking a curious and motivated Solution Manager who enjoys working with modern technologies and discovering new solutions. Your Tasks:

  • Requirements engineering with stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage the coherence and development of data schemas for tracking solutions, aligned with analysts and product teams.
  • Oversee the implementation process for tracking, acting as the point of contact for engineers and product owners.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand business use-cases and prioritize requests aligned with company goals.
  • Implement quality assurance measures, monitoring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Administer Adobe Analytics and advise colleagues on its self-service use.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience managing data analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics; experience with Snowplow or Piwik is a plus.
  • Experience in maintaining analytical data models, creating integration concepts, and implementing data quality strategies.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience with dashboard creation in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous.
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure and architecture for discussions with engineers.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills at business and technical levels.
  • A positive attitude, good sense of humor, and resilience in challenging situations.
