We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate
Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our
Supply Tech Enabling Team within the
Supply Tech Unit at ABOUT YOU.
Our
Supply Tech Unit focuses on discovering and creating technical solutions for end-to-end supply integration. With a deep understanding of our supply business and extensive knowledge of the system landscape supporting our shops in over 20 countries, we seamlessly connect merchants across various business models.
The
Supply Tech Enabling Team manages key initiatives for the Supply Business Area across our diverse system landscape. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, from initial business requirements analysis to hypercare supervision, and maintaining existing processes through proactive monitoring and bug resolution.
As a crucial member of our team, your role will focus on ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements across our product assortment and business models.
What you will do:- Analyze operational anomalies across the assortment and business models, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational processes and issues.
- Collaborate with application teams, providing insights for necessary adjustments and fixes.
- Support operational adjustments and business needs, including partner onboarding and service evolution.
- Plan, execute, and document end-to-end testing with stakeholders, actively participating wherever possible.
- Monitor bug ticket lifecycles, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Maintain and improve standardized operational processes.
- Encourage innovation and ideas within a flat hierarchy and short decision-making processes.
Who you are:- Graduated in business informatics or a comparable field.
- 2-5 years of practical experience in project management or business analysis within tech organizations.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to quickly understand complex tasks with many variables.
