Join the Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing technologies within our global warehouse and delivery network. Multiple locations are available for this role.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Support the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager in safety and statutory compliance programs.
  2. Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to ensure high equipment availability.
  3. Collaborate with teams to develop technical solutions.
  4. Learn all aspects of site-based RME roles.
  5. Manage projects or tasks as directed.
  6. Work on shifts and travel as needed to support training and operations at other locations.
  7. Work with technicians to understand daily challenges.
  8. Lead small to medium teams of technicians, developing management skills.

A day in the life

We seek motivated, customer-focused individuals for the Graduate Engineering Manager role, an entry-level management position designed to develop technical and managerial skills in recent graduates. This role involves ensuring high equipment availability through preventative maintenance, following internal processes, and contributing to site management.

Relocation to different locations may be required, with assistance provided where applicable. Flexibility for relocation during the program is essential.

Basic Qualifications

  • Recent graduation or current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of health & safety standards, PLC systems, project management, CMMS, Kaizen, automated warehousing, and team leadership.
  • Up to 2 years relevant industry experience.
