Position Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager within our Fleet Strategic In-Life Partnerships and Programs Team. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for creating, piloting, rolling out, and expanding fleet programs. These programs will interface with external vendors, including OEMs, OEM dealerships, Fleet suppliers, and Fleet Management Companies. Fleet services include maintenance and repairs to support Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). The individual will also research, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to improve vehicle uptime.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program ownership of a portfolio of services.
  2. Business development and vendor negotiations.
  3. Leverage EU-wide rollout of services and their continuous improvement.
  4. Engagement with internal international teams and external stakeholders.
  5. Create and own project plans for service deployment.
  6. Identify business needs and develop solutions for service improvement.
  7. Conduct tendering and negotiations with suppliers.
  8. Build mechanisms for continuous service evaluation and evolution based on customer feedback.
  9. Manage relationships with service providers.
  10. Drive cross-functional alignment between business units, service providers, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  11. Regularly update EU senior leadership on project status and key metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management, automotive industry, and fleet management, including service, maintenance, and repair, is a plus.
  • Experience with Delivery Stations and/or Delivery Service Partners is a plus.
  • Ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification.
  • Data analytics skills.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors.
