We are seeking motivated individuals for an apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician in Mainz-Kastel. If you are interested in industrial processes where mechanics and electronics are closely integrated, this is an excellent opportunity to build a secure and successful career.

As a Mechatronics Technician, your tasks will include processing mechanical parts, assembling and programming mechatronic systems, installing electronic components, measuring electrical parameters, and testing hardware and software components. You will also assemble machines and systems and verify their functionality before handing them over to clients.

Your practical training will take place at the Industrie-Institut für Lehre und Weiterbildung Mainz and various departments within our company, while theoretical education occurs at the vocational school in Mainz. Additional workshops will support your learning throughout the apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years, starting in September 2025, with the possibility of shortening the duration based on performance.

Requirements:

• Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Abitur
• Interest and understanding in mathematics, natural sciences, and technology
• Manual dexterity, reliability, accuracy, and diligence
• Enjoy working in a team within a leading and innovative global company
• Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
