Role Overview

As a Retail Senior Consultant, you will support our clients in digital transformation projects, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public/Private Edition. Your responsibilities include implementing business processes, managing sales pipelines, driving cloud growth, and developing solution concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects, ensuring client requirements are met.
Advise clients on integrating and extending their business processes and systems using SAP solutions.
Apply SAP Best-Practice methodologies, including conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops and utilizing relevant tools.
Continuously develop expertise in specific S/4HANA Cloud areas and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
Assist in creating proposals, responding to RFPs, and supporting sales activities, including solution definition and storytelling.

Candidate Profile

Extensive industry knowledge in retail, with a deep understanding of retail-specific business processes and SAP retail modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO.
Proven consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public/Private Edition and relevant certifications.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to develop customer-centric solutions.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning, especially regarding emerging IT and SAP trends like AI and IoT.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both internally and externally.
