As an Altenpfleger (m/w/d), you will support and care for those in need, assisting with daily tasks and planning daily activities will be part of your routine.

You will act as a counselor and motivator, providing both nursing and medical care to your patients.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive basic and treatment care for residents and patients
• Implementation and monitoring of medication intake according to medical prescriptions
• Recording, passing on and documenting patient-specific care data and their evaluation
• Support and companionship for patients and their families
• Collaboration with physiotherapists and ergotherapists, supporting mobilization measures
• Documentation of care processes
• Supervision of care assistants

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training and specialized knowledge
• Reliability and a friendly demeanor are your strengths
• You also bring a high level of motivation, flexibility, and shift readiness
