Customer Onboarding Specialist – German
Location: Hybrid (Dublin office 3 days/week, WFH Monday & Friday)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
About the Role
TELUS Digital is seeking a German-speaking Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new customers in implementing HR software. If you enjoy tech, problem-solving, and customer success, this role is ideal for you!
Your Responsibilities:
What You Need:
Fluent German (C-level) and English (spoken & written).
Experience in Customer Success or a customer-facing role.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data-driven work.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in B2B software, Zendesk, Gainsight, or Jira.
Passion for digital transformation in HR.
