The Role

We’re looking for a curious, results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital presence, deliver high-impact campaigns, and support our growth across Europe. You’ll be part of a collaborative Marketing and Business Development team, working closely with our consultants to build meaningful engagement with clients and stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is excited about using emerging tools, including AI and marketing automation, to create smarter, more targeted strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Manage digital channels – Optimise our website and social media platforms to enhance visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Use data to drive strategy – Turn insights into action using audience engagement and relationship data.
  • Leverage AI and automation – Apply new technologies to enhance marketing performance and personalise campaigns.
  • Target the right audiences – Identify and engage priority audiences, especially across key EU markets.
  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns – From firmwide news to recruitment and events, ensure content is compelling and reaches the right people.
  • Track performance – Produce reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and continuously improve our efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and how to apply insights to campaigns.
  • Strong experience with martech tools including CRM, ERM, SEO, SEM, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with AI, automation, and personalisation in marketing.
  • Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Fluency in spoken and written English. An additional European language is desirable. Experience in professional services or consultancy is a plus, as is a second European language, but not essential.
