You are ready if you have:

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E or similar) is desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data protection and privacy law
• Proven track record in managing data protection teams and providing strategic advice
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with SaaS and data protection compliance
• Understanding of data protection technologies and functions, especially within an IT environment
• Familiarity with international data protection regulations, especially GDPR and compliance standards

We are ready, and within our team, you will:

• Lead the data protection division, ensuring efficient and compliant practices
• Make strategic decisions for mid-risk data protection cases
• Manage the data protection budget and authorize expenditures
• Provide expert consultation within the sector based on extensive data protection experience
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data protection policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations
• Create, maintain, and update data protection policies and procedures
