Our Back Office commodity teams need IT support for market communication solutions and to develop new tools to enhance efficiency and digitalization. Your future plans

• Develop, maintain, and support IT solutions based on business requirements using agile methods in a DevOps environment.
• Gain a thorough understanding of Back Office processes like clearing, settlements, confirmations, reconciliation, and billing.
• Analyze business needs and evaluate IT options for tactical and strategic solutions.
• Implement new software solutions and migrate existing solutions to new architectures such as AWS.
• Identify opportunities for improvement through new technologies and strategies.
• Provide production support according to SLA and interact with customers.
• Contribute to personal development and performance objectives.
• Possess programming skills in object-oriented languages like Java, .NET (Core).
• Understand CI/CD practices and automated testing methodologies.
• Have knowledge of PostgreSQL, MSSQL, XML, XSLT, Webservices.
• Interest in AWS cloud technologies and modern web frontends like Blazor.
• Experience or interest in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
• Work effectively in a team across different locations.
• Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle.
• Integrate security best practices into applications.
• Communicate effectively in German and English, with attention to detail.
