As Vention’s newest Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses seize opportunities in industrial automation, addressing labor shortages, reshoring, and upskilling. Our solutions support customers in overcoming these challenges. You will be part of a Sales Pod, supported by Integration Coaches, Application Engineers, and Sales Leadership, working together to succeed.

  • Support customers in finding optimal automation solutions
  • Work with inbound and outbound leads to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and achieve quotas
  • Develop existing business and prospect new clients
  • Become an expert in discovery calls, sales processes, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing
  • Manage a qualified pipeline, including forecasting, nurturing, and delivering results
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers on project development using our design and simulation tools
  • Work with leadership to develop strategies for growing the sales pipeline and meeting targets

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or robotics
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Comfortable speaking with and presenting to clients
  • Passion for customer success and attentive listening skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Interest in engineering topics and curiosity about how things work
  • Experience with sales tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Seismic is a plus
  • Competitive nature, driven to succeed and excel
