Product Manager Visual Media Platform (f/m/d)

IMAGO is a leading visual media platform with over 500 million images and videos. More than 10,000 national and international top clients use our media, ranging from the latest sports and editorial content to diverse stock photography and videos.

At IMAGO, we currently have around 90 employees, most working in our central Berlin office. Founded in 1997, IMAGO remains privately owned by its founders and operates with flat hierarchies.

We are seeking an experienced product manager to serve as the key link between our client- and partner-facing teams and our expanding development teams, working closely with senior management.

To support our growth, we are looking for someone passionate about elevating our product management approach.

Tasks

1. Develop and implement product strategies, guiding our dev team in executing them.
2. Manage the product roadmap, drive product discovery, and prioritize feature development for our sprints.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements and serve as the main contact for external partners and clients regarding IT-related requests.
4. Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure platform success.
5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to foster product innovation.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for leading cross-functional initiatives to foster sustainable change.
• Solution-oriented with a strong focus on execution.
• Well-organized, capable of structuring and breaking down complex requests.
• Understanding of business challenges, with awareness of design and IT considerations.
• Relevant experience in product management or related fields such as design or software engineering.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• High ownership level to initiate and drive change.
• Ability to collaborate closely with senior management and make quick decisions.
