Main Responsibilities
- Driving Profitable Growth: Develop and implement technology platforms that create value and unlock growth across sectors like Semicon, Automotive, and Electronics.
- Technical Visionary: Understand market needs and emerging technologies to guide strategic initiatives in sales and marketing.
- Technical Leadership: Manage specifications, support business implementation, and provide technical service, including laboratory work.
- Market Expansion & Innovation: Explore new markets, analyze competitors, and collaborate with R&D to develop innovative products.
- Safety & Compliance: Foster a safety culture and navigate regulatory requirements at national and EU levels, supporting sales and customers.
- Collaborative Partner: Work with sales, marketing, R&D, and technical teams, including customer visits, to meet application development targets.
- Represent Technological Edge: Present at industry events to showcase advancements and strengthen market position.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of industrial or academic experience in resins/compounding.
- Experience in semiconductor or hydrogen industries is advantageous.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations in relevant sectors.
- Strong business and customer relationship skills.
- Professional demeanor with reliability and punctuality.
- Fluent in English; German skills preferred.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
