YOUR ROLE

As part of the Regulatory Affairs Team, we ensure that P&G's PHC products such as Vicks, Kytta, Bion, Neurobion, or Femibion meet all regulatory requirements in various markets, ensuring safety for our consumers. We are a team of 15, with an international background in biology, chemistry, food, and pharmacy.

In this role, you will support regulatory affairs activities related to existing products/dossiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process all administrative documents and requirements such as Statements, Power of Attorney, Free sale certificates, and Certificates of Pharmaceutical products.
  • Support team members in activities related to Regulatory Lifecycle Management within our healthcare brands.
  • Maintain and update the Regulatory Information Management system (Veeva RIMs) for all relevant activities.
  • Keep internal trackers up to date.
  • Complete analysis and tasks on time, keeping managers and coaches informed of progress.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed apprenticeship as MTA/PTA; experience as an assistant (Chemical Lab assistant is a plus).
  • Proficient in German and English.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good communication, and presentation skills.
  • Effective at handling competing priorities with good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong initiative and accountability for work quality.
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, open to change, and innovative thinking.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and/or Power BI is a plus.
