Tasks

What you will do

You will join a small team of technologists, including node operations, systems, and software engineers. You will become the expert on our staking API and related systems, ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients.

• Design, develop, and maintain our Staking API for Ethereum and Solana, pulling performance and reward data from on-chain sources, aggregating it, and delivering it seamlessly to our customers.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance by building automated tests, cross-checking data with alternative sources, and actively hunting for bugs, as our customers are financial institutions with high expectations for data integrity.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and dashboards based on on-chain data in collaboration with the team for Finance, Project Teams, and Business Intelligence.
• Take full ownership of projects and grow your responsibilities alongside the company, as we believe in growing together.

Requirements

Who you are

• You are a senior developer with strong Go programming skills.
• You have strong design pattern expertise and enjoy elevating team code quality through mentorship.
• You write clean, performant, and maintainable code to high standards.
• You are comfortable working in a small team and mentoring others.
• You have a genuine passion for blockchain and decentralization.
• You pay strong attention to detail and diligently hunt down bugs.
• Experience with Ethereum, Solana, or Blockchain SDKs is a big plus.
• You are willing to travel occasionally to meet the team in person.
• While not required to be the life of the party, enjoying time with teammates is important to us. We value staying small enough to maintain a close connection, without sprawling headcounts.
