SAP Regional Expert

• Global 1st and 2nd level support in SAP questions for key users and users
• Exchange and support with other regional experts and locations regarding SAP problems
• Recording and tracking of errors (incidents) in SAP Solution Manager/Jira
• Developing changes / suggestions for improvement in SAP together with the specialist departments
• Creating and tracking change requests in SAP Solution Manager
• Support and representation in the area of change request management. Coordination between business and CO IT. Follow-up and promotion of the implementation of requirements. Preparation, organization and coordination of transports.
• Carrying out tests, releasing program adaptations and updates for production operation
• Creation of training documents and implementation of training courses in the respective departments
• Support for SAP rollouts: training, support during go-live and follow-up work.

IT Site Administrator

• 1st level support for users in relation to IT issues
• Administration/installation of desktop systems
• Installation of hardware (clients)
• Monitoring the IT landscape/daily server check
• Data backup/tape change if IT administrator not available for several weeks

Qualification required to perform the duties of the job

• Initial vocational training in the IT sector.
• In-depth knowledge of network/infrastructure, server/client OS, network/desktop security.
• Training in at least one SAP module (e.g. SD)
