Your role plays a key part in ensuring that finance requirements are understood and translated into successful technology solutions. You will work on BAU activities such as system adjustments and supporting closing processes, as well as significant projects like implementing new financial standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance departments, internal and external service providers, and group functions in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with CFO pillars, IT, and business stakeholders to define, drive, and deliver financial solutions and processes.
2. Ensuring detailed testing and documentation of financial solutions.
3. Analyzing the Finance domain to identify needs and future requirements.
4. Supporting closing, planning, and payment processes, resolving issues, and adhering to governance.
5. Reviewing audit findings and implementing mitigation steps.
6. Managing resources for finance initiatives and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications include:

1. Experience in finance, reinsurance, or insurance, especially in P&C, with a focus on application and process development.
2. Understanding of data modeling, operations, and workflows relevant to financial reporting.
3. Experience working in Agile environments as a Proxy Product Owner or Business Expert.
4. Hands-on SAP experience, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, with 3-5 years in SAP FI or CO.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Willingness to learn about AI applications.
7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
