Job Description:

Join RSM Ebner Stolz in driving digital transformation in auditing. We are looking for an AI Engineer & Data Science Specialist to develop and integrate AI-powered applications, focusing on building scalable, production-ready AI solutions that improve automation, decision-making, and data services.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and integrating AI-driven microservices and automation solutions.
• Working with foundation models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) and optimizing them for business applications.
• Deploying and monitoring AI models in production environments.
• Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs for AI applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI systems.

Your profile:

• Two to three years of practical experience in AI engineering, including RAG and fine-tuning foundation models.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with a focus on machine learning and AI applications.
• Hands-on expertise in NLP, anomaly detection, classification, or time series analysis.
• Software engineering skills, including clean code, version control, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face).
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, or vector databases for AI applications.
• Experience in DevOps practices for AI systems.
• Background in accounting or controlling, especially in data-driven decision-making.
