As a SAP S4 service consultant, you will be responsible for our service processes in S4 (Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, etc.).
You will actively contribute to our global transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA and support the standardization and simplification of our global process landscape.
You will serve as the central IT contact for our business groups in the S4 service area (Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, etc.).
You will work closely with business groups to collect, review, and prioritize their needs for our SAP S4/HANA implementation.
You will coordinate the implementation with relevant parties.
You should be familiar with SAP customizing.
You will collaborate with internal and external consultants in a dynamic project environment.
You will work on integrating our S4 service processes such as logistics, controlling, billing, and CRM integration.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a similar field.
You possess profound knowledge of service processes like service execution, inhouse repair, or returns management.
You have experience in implementing and customizing service processes in SAP.
You speak English fluently.
You demonstrate strong ability to work in international and cross-functional teams, with a consulting orientation and good communication skills.
Knowledge of related processes such as logistics execution, sales and distribution, controlling, procurement, or CRM (SAP/Salesforce) is a plus.
