Your Impact

  • You develop and manage the annual departmental budget, including financial forecasts for the global Product Integrity (Quality) team
  • You lead the consolidation, reporting, and communication of KPIs to global AGCO stakeholders
  • You prepare product quality analyses and create materials for departmental and site-level quality reviews
  • You support special projects, including the development and continuous improvement of global quality standards and training materials
  • You manage and maintain the global communication platform on SharePoint

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, finance, economics, or a comparable field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and QlikView is desirable
  • Proven experience working in global business environments and managing cross-country stakeholder expectations; skilled in communicating effectively across multiple levels, locations, and departments within a global organization
