Manager Tax Governance & Analytics (m/f/d) - REF81019S

We are expanding our Group Functions Team and establishing a dedicated focus on Tax Compliance and Tax Risk Management.

If you enjoy developing new processes and have a passion for Tax, we are looking for a (Senior) Manager Tax Governance & Analytics (m/f/diverse) to support the development and operation of our group-wide Tax Control Framework and the monitoring and improvement of the Tax Compliance Management System (TaxCMS) for our German Group Companies.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparation, processing, and analysis of system-based Tax risk reporting
  • Further development of group-wide Tax Compliance controls
  • Tax audit preparation & execution based on Tax risk reporting
  • Identification of tax compliance weaknesses and development of mitigation measures
  • Implementation of application processes for residence statements
  • Development of routines and procedures to improve tax risk reporting efficiency
  • Establishment of tax risk data analytics
  • Maintaining contact with group companies and local/regional tax functions
  • Maintenance and development of internal tax guidelines & work instructions
  • Planning and conducting tax-related training for internal stakeholders

Your profile:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration with a focus on tax law or comparable
  • Tax lawyer/tax expert certification (e.g., Steuerberaterexamen) is a plus
  • Work experience in industry or tax consultancy is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for risk management and tax matters
  • Knowledge of corporate income tax law and company law
  • Concept development and practical solution skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and intercultural skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Team-oriented with high commitment
