We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to support our inorganic growth and track financial performance and value creation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to post-merger value delivery. Responsibilities include:

  1. Pre-acquisition: Steering financial buy-side due diligence, translating financials to Apleona standards, supporting synergy and business plan discussions.
  2. Post-acquisition: Setting up standardized financial reporting, monthly tracking, creating summary reports, collaborating with finance teams, and onsite work if feasible.
  3. Communication: Interacting with senior management, M&A, and integration teams, and leading PMI communication with shareholders.

Requirements:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling, ideally with Transaction Services experience.
  • Hands-on experience with local finance organizations.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a performance-driven culture.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel to Neu Isenburg headquarters.
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills.
