Global Continuous Improvement Expert (m/d/w)

We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert to lead global Lean initiatives, drive Best Practice Sharing, and shape the future of SIG Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic development of SIG Excellence System throughout all regions and global business units.
• Further development, management and monitoring of the Best Practice Sharing process and system and implementation of the relevant changes in cooperation with the stakeholders.
• Support of SQDCP improvement projects within the regions and global business units, by trainings and coaching on site and remote.
• Management and monitoring of the SES curriculum and the SES Academy.
• Coaching of the responsible areas to achieve the results with the methods and tools from the SIG Excellence System.
• Interaction with local management teams in case of resistance, escalation of topic to the Global Management.
• Developing and managing the SES Maturity Assessment process and system.
• Execution of SES Maturity Assessment.
• Execute independently SES trainings from the SES Academy in the regions, and contribute to the further development of the SES Academy.
• Training and coaching of the continuous improvement managers.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of industrial engineering; master’s degree is a benefit.
• Relevant experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Lean Consulting or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, World Class Manufacturing, Shopfloor Management and Lean.
• Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (e.g., to Europe, China, North & South America, etc.).
