Agile Coach / Scrum Master

Location: Freiburg im Breisgau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Join Lexware, the market leader for cloud software solutions for small businesses and self-employed professionals. We support over 300,000 small and micro enterprises in Germany by providing products that make accounting, taxes, finance, inventory management, payroll, and financial insights almost automatic and always clear.

We are looking to expand our team with your support! If you have gained initial experience as a Junior Scrum Master / Team Coach (d/m/w) during your studies or early career, and enjoy fostering good team dynamics and supporting decision-making, we want to hear from you.

We value personal meetings and meet 2-3 times a week at our office in Freiburg im Breisgau. Of course, flexible remote work is also an option.

What awaits you:

  • Creative freedom in how you support our team through the collaboration process, within the framework of our Scrum routines and ceremonies.
  • Support for decision-making principles based on shared responsibility, promoting individual development aligned with organizational goals.
  • Access to a large community of Scrum Masters, agile coaches, and organizational developers to support your onboarding and personal growth.
  • Prerequisites include a completed degree in economics or psychology, or initial professional experience as a process facilitator or organizational developer.
  • As a director, you steer processes, discussions, and team collaboration, ensuring all voices are heard and encouraging active participation with your empathy and communication skills.
  • You create a positive work atmosphere where ideas and opinions are openly shared and respectfully discussed, paving the way for team development.
  • You are courageous in addressing difficult truths respectfully and work collaboratively on developmental steps.
  • Familiarity with concepts like Consent or Sociocracy 3.0 is expected. If you think DoD is not Dungeons & Dragons, you're the right fit to shape our journey.
  • Proficiency in German (at least C2 level) is essential, as our team language is German.

We also support your onboarding and development with a dedicated mentor for a successful start.

What we offer:

  • A broad range of benefits, including events, health and sports offers, and the option to finance a bike via JobRad.
  • Opportunities to expand your knowledge through various communities of practice, conferences, and training.
  • The chance to truly get to know your future colleagues through our independent "Team-Recruiting" process.
  • Meet our creative and dedicated team members who will support your onboarding and integration into our community.
