What you can expect from the role

As a Coordinator (f/m/d) Social Media & Influencer Marketing, you will support our marketing team with the implementation and adaptation of our social media and influencer marketing activities focused on USA. The position is located in our office in Freiburg.

Your responsibilities

  • Create and drive social content that stands out:You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content across our international social media channels.

  • Plan, post, analyze, repeat: Manage cross-platform editorial calendars (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest & YouTube), evaluate performance using key metrics, and optimize content to grow reach, engagement, and community.

  • Own influencer collaborations: Identify, connect with, and manage relationships with relevant creators and influencers – from outreach to execution – always aligned with our brand values and tone.

  • Make campaigns happen: Lead and coordinate influencer campaigns from concept to completion – including negotiation, storytelling, activation, and performance tracking.

  • Spot what’s next: Stay ahead of social media and influencer trends, particularly in the U.S., and bring fresh, platform-specific ideas to the table.

  • Keep our voice consistent: Make sure our content and collaborations reflect our brand personality and tone across all platforms.

What you bring to the role

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing, with deep understanding of the U.S. social media landscape, trends, platforms, and creator economy.
  • A sharp eye for great content and a strong instinct for what engages communities and drives results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – with creators, teams, and everyone in between.
  • Self-starter mindset: You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to shape and grow something meaningful.
  • Experience with social media tools (planning, analytics, influencer outreach platforms) is a big plus.
  • Native-level English required; German is a nice-to-have.
