What you will do

• Prepare, control, and execute construction projects in turnkey construction on time and with high quality.
• Plan deployment and lead your own personnel.
• Plan construction workflows, monitor progress, and control results, considering the economic success of the project.
• Hand over projects to clients on time and with quality standards.
• Collaborate with departments such as calculation, purchasing, and billing.

What you bring

• A completed degree as a civil engineer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager (m/w/d) or construction technician (m/w/d) in turnkey construction.
• Leadership experience in operational construction business.
• Driving license class B.
• Punctuality, flexibility, reliability, and joy in coordinating complex processes.
• Meticulous and responsible working style.
• Team spirit and willingness to continue learning.
