About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Marketing team as a Digital Project Specialist. The role involves working proactively with key business stakeholders across our EMEA region as an advocate of change, challenging the status quo, and driving efficiencies through improved processes while bringing various teams (internal and external) along with you. Time will be divided between managing and delivering projects and supporting the Digital Marketing team with their projects.

What you will do

  1. Support in defining and conducting digital platform & system (IT & Software) rollouts across our Martech solutions.
  2. Lead in maintaining our Data Protection platform, OneTrust, ensuring platforms have the most up-to-date DPA and assessments completed across the region.
  3. Support in outlining and using the CDP and Marketing Automation platform, contributing to defining and extracting the right KPIs for these digital tools across the region.
  4. Identify opportunities and support projects to automate and optimise marketing workflows through strategic application of AI.
  5. Assist our Data and Analytics lead in working with vendors to build measurement solutions like MMM and attribution models.
  6. Collaborate with IT specialists to identify data sets for in-house initiatives.
  7. Support regions and local markets with expertise and guidance in digital implementation processes for digital initiatives and on a category level, where applicable.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging tools to enhance our CG EMEA region.
  9. Manage and administer multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail to ensure effective and efficient implementation.

Who You Are

  1. Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital performance channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media) and offline channels (e.g., TV, radio, print) to analyze their contribution to the consumer journey.
  2. Have a good understanding of marketing attribution best practices.
  3. Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for actionable insights to drive performance.
  4. Have strong communication skills to work across diverse geographies and explain complex issues to non-technical audiences.
  5. Relevant experience from within a digital marketing team, brand, or media organization.
