Serving for the high impact synchrotron radiation applications, the 3rd generation source PETRA III is available since 2009 as one of the most brilliant hard X-ray sources worldwide. Beamline P02.2 is dedicated to extreme conditions research and in particular is focused on studies of polycrystalline, amorphous and single crystal materials by means of X-ray diffraction at elevated pressures and temperatures laser or resistive heated Diamond Anvil Cells (DACs). In order to strengthen the beamline operation we seek a beamline scientist with the following expertise and for the duties specified.
