Launch your career as a Management Trainee in Chemistry for assignments at our
Burghausen, Munich (Bavaria), or/and Nünchritz (Saxony) sites starting in October 2025.

Our 18-month management trainee program will introduce you to various departments and provide opportunities for development, integrating you into our daily business.

Your Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise in silicone specialty products, polymer binders, and additives in our core markets.
• Develop market knowledge about customers, technologies, products, and competition.
• Identify new technical requirements and trends, especially concerning sustainability.
• Innovate solutions and processes for work sequences and organization.
• Contribute ideas for sustainable products and processes tailored to customer needs.
• Advance projects in silicone, polymer, and organic chemistry across research, technology management, application technology, and production.

Your Qualifications

• Outstanding performance in completing a Ph.D. in chemistry.
• International experience and enjoyment of networking.
• Project-minded with a passion for interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to apply expertise for sustainable solutions.
• Proficiency in German and English (level C1).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
