Project Manager - Data Center Operations (m/f/d)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager - Data Center Operations to lead and support special projects focused on improving the efficiency, stability, and scalability of our data center operations. This individual contributor role works closely with the Manager of Projects and Director of Operations, contributing to key initiatives such as lifecycle transitions, infrastructure upgrades, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute operational and infrastructure-related projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget targets.
• Provide project updates, documentation, and reporting in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project risks or issues, escalating when needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across data center operations.
• Ensure technical documentation and approvals are completed as required.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience managing technical or infrastructure projects, preferably in a data center environment.
• Solid understanding of operational processes, with working knowledge of systems such as power supply, cooling, and backup infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to engage with both technical and leadership teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
