Executive Compensation Analyst

As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Data Operations team. Your role involves delivering data and research on compensation systems of executives and management board members of listed companies in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies closely.
• Analyzing executive remuneration and pay practices for your assigned markets.
• Ensuring compliance with ISS methodology on pay for performance analysis and qualitative assessment of listed companies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and German.
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Law, or in the process of obtaining such a degree.
• Interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research, and data collection.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
• Organized and structured mindset.
