As an AI programmer, you will work with our custom engine and internal tools in a multidisciplinary environment alongside industry veterans. Your goal will be to develop systems and behaviors for our AI agents, creating a highly realistic, vast, and content-rich world for Star Citizen and Squadron 42.

Using the latest PC hardware, technology, and APIs, we develop realistic and systemic features enabling agents to interact physically and realistically with their environment and players, achieving a lifelike space simulation.

What do our AI Programmers do?

• Design and implement reliable, scalable, and robust code to enhance gameplay.
• Develop game and AI code for high-profile projects.
• Promote engineering principles and innovative practices within teams.
• Collaborate with QAs and engineers to achieve captivating AI.
• Identify technical risks and apply AI solutions to overcome them.

What do we expect from our AI Programmers?

• Proficiency in C++ within large, shared codebases.
• Strong knowledge of 3D mathematics, including rotation, movement, and translation.
• Creative problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong multi-threaded programming abilities.
• Effective communication of technical solutions to diverse team members.
