About the Role
We are seeking a Supply and Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our growing European team. In this key role, you will ensure the seamless movement of materials and products across the supply chain supporting efficient production and timely deliveries.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Coordinate procurement of materials and components in line with production schedules - Manage supplier performance in quality, cost, and delivery- Track purchase orders and address supply issues proactively
Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain accurate inventory records via ERP systems- Assist with forecasting and production scheduling- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
Logistics Coordination
Plan and monitor domestic and international shipments- Oversee transport documentation, customs, and compliance- Monitor delivery performance and coordinate with freight providers
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Identify opportunities to optimise supply chain efficiency- Support reporting of KPIs and metrics- Collaborate with production, sales, and operations teams
About You
You are a dependable and detail-focused supply chain professional who brings strong problem-solving and coordination skills to the table. You work well across teams and value both structure and initiative in your approach.
You will come with a solid understanding of logistics, procurement, and supply chain processes- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Strong communication skills in English - Comfort working with international teams and suppliers- Analytical, proactive, and hands-on mindset
