You will deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights, focusing on driving best practices through simplification, efficiency, and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You will also provide leadership to direct reports and collaborate across sales teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Optimize & maintain business systems & reporting to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Lead development & implementation of new capabilities, tools, and processes to enable agility and scalability.
  • Ensure Data-Privacy Compliance for Sales Systems & Reporting.
  • Manage relevant local solution providers (vendors) together with MDS (Mondelez Digital Services). Manage sales user support related matters and plan and implement new solutions.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with the following experience and knowledge:

  • Minimum 8+ years of professional experience with a strong background in IT & Sales.
  • University degree in a related field (e.g., Business Informatics).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all hierarchy levels, people management, and influencing skills.
  • Very strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent understanding of data management, systems, and applications.
  • Passion, growth mindset, and learning agility are critical in this evolving area of expertise.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
