About the Role

I am seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to join my client's team and drive data insights through visualizations and data modeling. This is a fully remote role within Germany, with Frankfurt-based candidates considered a bonus. You will shape data strategy and help stakeholders make informed decisions through reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform data transformations using Power Query and ETL processes.
• Develop advanced DAX measures for analytics.
• Work with various data sources to ensure clean datasets.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and create impactful reports.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with Power BI in analytics or BI roles.
• Deep understanding of Power BI features and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Power Query, ETL workflows, and DAX.
• Strong data modeling skills and handling complex datasets.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Based in Germany with full work authorization.
