Your role

In the role of Program Manager, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to the design, build, and implementation of work products. You will participate in requirements elicitation, review of architecture, review design and estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning, and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high-quality deliverables.

Required skills and qualifications

• German proficiency level of C1 / C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English
• Act as 1st point of contact for stakeholder / relationship management
• Risk and dependency management
• Track and review progress across work streams and ensure it is progressing as per schedule
• Hold complete responsibility for the deliverables and services of this work order
• Represent supplier in operations committee, status meetings, and reviews
• Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
• Define program governance (controls)
• Plan overall program and monitor progress
• Manage program budget
• Manage risks and issues, taking corrective measures
• Knowledge of multiple SDLC models, quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL
• Knowledge of estimation methodologies, maintenance & support models, SLA frameworks, transition processes, and portfolio analysis tools
• Knowledge of change control processes and tools including traceability matrix
• Drive convergence across multiple interdependent teams and proactively resolve conflicts
• Anticipate customer needs, analyze and improve systems, processes, and services, resolve tough issues, and build confidence
• Experience in J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Restful Webservices
• Experience with Oracle Database
