Job Overview

The User Interfaces Team develops and maintains our Design System, ensuring consistent, high-quality interfaces across the company, and manages Solactive's public website. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build scalable, user-friendly front-end applications, collaborate across teams, and set new standards for UI development in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

1. UI Framework & Design System: Maintain and enhance our UI framework to ensure a cohesive design language.
2. UI Architecture: Develop scalable, flexible UI architectures supporting current and future needs.
3. Front-End Development: Lead development of Solactive’s public webpage and client-facing applications focusing on UX and performance.
4. Webpage Maintenance: Use modern tech stacks like Strapi, Astro, Vite for webpage development.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with backend, DevOps, and business teams for smooth integration and deployment.
6. Full-Stack Support: Assist with full-stack tasks using Java, Go, and Python as needed.

Your Profile

1. Deep React Expertise: Proven experience in designing and scaling React applications.
2. Design System Maintenance: Experience maintaining UI frameworks or design systems.
3. UI Architecture Design: Ability to create scalable, adaptable UI architectures.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in developing scripts and solutions for complex challenges.
5. Collaboration & Mentorship: Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
6. Full-Stack Knowledge: Understanding of backend technologies (Java, Go, Python) for effective collaboration.
7. Innovation Drive: Passion for exploring new technologies to improve development processes.
